Lavender Chocolate Cookies made with our Chocolate Lavender Cake Mix! I needed to take some cookies to an event last week and I really needed some chocolate so I whipped out of our Chocolate Lavender Cake Mix and started to create. They are good, quick, fast and approved....#canteatjustone so be forewarned! Chocolate Lavender Cookies 1 package of Lavender Chocolate Cake Mix 1 egg 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup chocolate chips (opt.) Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. With a small cookie scoop drop rounded dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Cook in a preheated 350℉ oven for 10-12 minutes!

These are super easy to whip up quick!
Make our Lavender Brownie Mix in a mini cupcake pan. Adjust the cooking time to 12-15 minutes. Simply skewer a strawberry, marshmallow and Lavender Brownie bite. We love to go camping and I can't wait to try this grilled a little to toast the marshmallow and warm the strawberry. I'll have to let you know how it works! To make this little cake you will need; 1 Lavender Cake Mix 1 Lavender Frosting Mix 1 jar of strawberry preserves 1/2 container of Cool Whip strawberries for garnish This little cake is easy to whip up for a fast little dessert. Follow instructions for Lavender Cake Mix, but cook in two loaf pans instead of 9x9" pan. Liberally spread Strawberry preserves over one layer of Lavender Cake. Prepare a Lavender Frosting Mix with 2 Tbl. water. Fold in 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Spread over top of first layer of Strawberry preserves. Top with second cake. Top second layer of cake with strawberry preserves and remaining whipped frosting. Encourage frosting to drizzle down sides. Garnish with Strawberries and lavender.
Chocolate Lavender Poke CakeChocolate Lavender Cake
1 Chocolate Lavender Cake Mix 3/4 cup water 2 Tbsp oil 1 eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin cups with 12 cupcake liners.In a mixing bowl add cake mix, water, oil and egg. Blend on low until moistened and then on high for 2 minutes. Divide mix evenly into baking cups or a 9x9” baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes for cake in 9x9” baking dish. Once cake comes out of the oven poke holes all over the top of the cake. Chocolate Cream Filling 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips Combine sweetened condensed milk and semi sweet chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. microwave for 30 second intervals until chocolate chips are melted. Then pour it over top of the baked cake. Using a spatula spread it all over the top and let it seep into all the holes. Set it aside until fully cooled. Chocolate Mousse Frosting 1 Chocolate Lavender Frosting Mix 2 Tbsp water 1/2 container cool whip Using a mixer on low, gradually add water until icing is light and creamy. Fold in 1/2 container of cool whip. Frost cake and serve. |
