No-Bake Lavender Apple Spice Cheesecake Cups
Crust Layer Steps: 1. Bake the cookie mix, cool fully. 2. Crush into crumbs. 3. Press 1–2 Tbsp into the bottom of 4-6 cups. Filling
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. 2. Mix in powdered sugar, cider mix, and vanilla. 3. Fold in whipped cream until fluffy. 4. Spoon or pipe into cups over crust. Drizzle (Apple Spice Icing)
1. Stir together until smooth (it will be a thick drizzle). 2. Drizzle over each cheesecake cup. Garnish (Optional)
