  • Ship Within the United States Only.
  • Fulfillment Center: All products ship out of Tualatin, Oregon.
  • Handling Time: We ship Monday through Friday (excluding USPS holidays). 
  • Shipping Method: USPS Standard Ground Shipping.
  • Delivery Estimate: Typically, you can expect your order within 8-10 days.

  • USPS Standard Ground: Please be aware that USPS may take up to 14 postal business days to deliver due to inclement weather or holidays.
  • Need Your Item Faster? Upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping by contacting Norwood Lavender before placing your order. Price modifications will be made for faster shipping methods. Note: We do not offer overnight shipping.
  • Wrong Address Policy: Please be careful when placing your order. We are obligated to ship your order to the address provided, whether it is correct or not. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds in the event an incorrect address is provided.
  • Post-Shipment Delivery Modifications: Once your order has shipped, we no longer have the ability to re-route or adjust the delivery.
  • Stolen Package & Other Shipping Issues: If the shipping company confirms the product was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, it may have been stolen or mis-delivered. If you haven't received an update on your package in 7-10 business days, or you have other shipping-related issues, please contact us.
Return Policy
Due to health and safety regulations, all sales of food items are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable goods once they leave our facility. If your food item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours, we require photos to process a replacement or refund. Refusal of delivery due to address errors on the part of customer will not qualify for a refund.
