Ingredients

Sugar, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), palm and soybean oil, less than 2% of propylene glycol ester, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids and mono-diglycerides, monoglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, polysorbate 60, soy lecithin, dextrose, aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, food starch modified, soy flour, salt, guar gum, xanthan gum, ascorbic acid, Lavandula angustifolia bud.

Contains: Wheat, soy, and milk.


Baking Instructions

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 package of Lavender White Cake Mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Directions:

For a Cake:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2/3 cup of water, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix until well blended.
  3. Gradually add the entire package of Lavender Cake Mix, stirring for 1-2 minutes until the batter is smooth.
  4. Grease a 9x9-inch cake pan and pour in the batter.
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

For Cupcakes:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Prepare the batter as directed above.
  4. Fill each cupcake liner halfway (about 2 tablespoons of batter per cupcake).
  5. Bake for 23-25 minutes, or until lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool on a wire rack before frosting or serving. Enjoy your delightful lavender-infused treat!
