What is white label? White label is also known as private label. White labeling is when a product or service removes their brand, logo label to allow you to add your own label, logo and design.
Choices in wholesale ordering include? There are multiple choices when you order. They include; Products being shipped White label products shipped, includes shipping charge. Norwood Farm products with our label shipped, includes shipping charge. Farm pickup White label products farm pickup Norwood Farm label farm pickup Date for pickup will be arranged via email.
How does it get shipped? We currently ship through USPS. If for any reason you have problems with an order or a damaged package, you can contact them via the confirmation tracking number you received when you ordered. USPS can take up to 14 days for ground transportation. Once it leaves our farm we don't have control of USPS shipping delays.
Lead time on wholesale orders Lead time for wholesale items are 2 weeks, all products are made in a certified kitchen in the order received. Often times shipments will likely go out sooner.
How does it come packaged? All food is placed in brown craft style food grade safe packaging. We reserve the right to change bottles, lids and bags at anytime.
How do I know what information is needed when creating my own label? In the wholesale shop each product has a description that includes the information you will need. The information includes; name of product, size of product (which go on front of packaging). On back of packaging your label includes, baking instructions, ingredients list, manufactured by Norwood Farm and address in which it was made.
Do I need to include a expiration date? It is not required, but it makes customers feel more confident in a product. We recommend the date be used in a years time for quality, freshness and vitality.
All packages are packaged and shipped to ensure safety. On the rare occasion a package or product is damaged in shipping you can make a claim with the USPS postal service here to get your money back for damages incurred by the postal service. If you feel your package has been lost, or you want expected arrival date, you can track your package using the tracking code received when ordering here.
