Shelf Life- Once opened, the shelf life for lavender simple syrups is 1.5 years.
Storage- Does not need refrigeration. Keep bottle capped in a clean dry and cool place.
Concentration- Make sure to stir thoroughly into your cocktail or coffee as this is a concentrated product! To use add a small amount and add more to your liking and level of sweetness desired.

Does it need to be refrigerated?
Because it is a food product we recommend you refrigerate after opening. That being said it does have a food preservative to help it be stable. We leave ours on the counter next to our espresso machine and have never had a problem.
What is the expiration date?
It is recommended you consume the lavender simple syrup within a year.
