Lavender Pancake & Waffle Mix
The perfect touch of lavender and the slight sweetness of this batter create these amazing gourmet pancakes or waffles. They cook up light, fluffy and flavorful! Make your breakfast or dinner extraordinary!
Makes about 10 pancakes or 4 waffles.
We like to serve our pancakes with Lavender Simple Syrup for a extreme decadent experience, although no one complains with a dollop of butter and maple syrup either.

Lavender Pancake and Waffle Mix

1 1/4 cup water
In a mixing bowl combine your pancake mix and water. Stir batter until smooth. On a hot greased skillet pour 1/4 cup batter onto pan and bake pancakes until golden on each side.
For waffles make pancake mix above and add 1 egg, and 2 Tbsp oil. Pour and bake in a waffle maker.
