Ingredients needed
4 cups blackberries 1/2 cup sugar + 2 Tablespoons 1 Tablespoon cornstarch 1 Lavender Scone Mix 1/3 cup butter 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Mix together 4 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen) 1/4-1/2 cup sugar 1 Tablespoon cornstarch Add to a 9x9 baking dish and set aside. In a mixing bowl follow instructions for scone mix. Flatten on a parchment paper, cut into squares and add to top of blackberries. Sprinkle scone mix topping with sugar. Bake in 350º F oven for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and cobbler scone topping is cooked.
