Nothing says HOME like the smell of the kitchen. Preparations for the holidays is beginning around here. For many of us they will be very small gatherings, An opportunity to have quality time together, laugh and talk. We wanted to share from out table to yours the recipe for our Lavender Cranberry Sauce. Lavender Cranberry Sauce
3/4 cup water 3 cups cranberries 1 cup sugar 2 tsp culinary lavender Combine the sugar and water, bring to a boil over medium heat. Add your cranberries and bring back up to a boil. Place lavender in a cheesecloth or tea ball. Add the lavender ball to the sauce and cook over medium heat. Cook until berries have split (10 mins or so). Remove lavender bag and blend sauce. Have a happy holiday!
