Dig in to this amazing dip that is brightened with lemon and lavender. Dip it with chips, and veggies, or make a fun sandwich using this as your base and add a little bit of tomato, pickles and lettuce. Lemon Lavender White Bean Hummus
1 15 oz can white beans 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp herbes de provence 1/2 tsp culinary lavender bud 1/4 tsp salt Top with dressing 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp herbes de provence 1/2 tsp culinary lavender bud dash salt & pepper In a blender combine your white beans, olive oil, lemon juice, herbes de provence, culinary lavender, and salt. Blend until smooth and place into serving bowl. In a small bowl combine 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp of herbes de provence, 1/2 tsp culinary lavender and dash of salt and pepper. Stir to blend together and drizzle over your dip. Serve it with chips and veggies.
