Brownies are a favorite, but these amazing Molten Lava Lavender Brownies vanished as soon as I set the tray down. We made them in our mini heart shaped pan for Valentine's Day. Molten Lava Lavender Brownies
1 Package Lavender Brownie Mix 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/3 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp butter Preheat oven to 350℉, In a small pan on low heat melt semi sweet chocolate chips, cream and butter stirring until smooth and all the chocolate chips have melted. Let sit to cool, place in fridge for 30 minutes. While chocolate is cooling prepare Lavender Brownie Mix as package instructions. Remove chocolate from fridge and form into about 10-12 balls with a spoon or cookie scoop. Prepare a silpat style muffin tray or sprayed and floured muffin tray fill 8 of the cups half full, add a ball of chocolate lava ball and then cover with more brownie batter. Bake for about 25 minutes.
