To make this little cake you will need;
1 Lavender Cake Mix
1 Lavender Frosting Mix
1 jar of strawberry preserves
1/2 container of Cool Whip
strawberries for garnish
This little cake is easy to whip up for a fast little dessert. Follow instructions for Lavender Cake Mix, but cook in two loaf pans instead of 9x9" pan.
Liberally spread Strawberry preserves over one layer of Lavender Cake.
Prepare a Lavender Frosting Mix with 2 Tbl. water. Fold in 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Spread over top of first layer of Strawberry preserves. Top with second cake. Top second layer of cake with strawberry preserves and remaining whipped frosting. Encourage frosting to drizzle down sides. Garnish with Strawberries and lavender.
