Oh, I get giddy over fudge and this is such a simple and delicious fudge that can be made in 3 minutes! Seriously...3 minutes! Fudge always makes me think of my grandpa. When ever we were kids visiting with my grandparents and my cousins my grandfather would make us fudge over the cookstove! Yes, they actually had one in their kitchen along with a conventional oven. He would stir and stir...felt like it took forever. The funny thing is that it never got firm...or we never let it get firm. We called it, spoon fudge! My cousins and I would gather around with our spoons devouring it. What great memories! My grandpa has been gone a long time now, but this recipe is for him...he would have loved it and would have gotten the spoons out for us! Lavender Fudge 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips 1 (12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cups walnuts (optional) 1 tsp Lavender Extract In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Place in microwave for 60 seconds, stir and microwave for 60 seconds more. Line a 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. When your chocolate chips have completely melted give it a quick stir and add nuts and 1 tsp Lavender Extract. Stir to combine and pour into your prepared pan. Let it sit and cool or get out a spoon! If you make it give us a little tag at #norwoodlavenderfarm we would love to see it!
Go out and be inspired with lavender! Lavender sugared nuts are perfect to have around for munching on, putting on top of desserts, or even sprinkled over salads. We like to make them up and add to a cute jar and give as a hostess thank you. Lavender Sugared Pecans

You'll be for sure licking your fingers. Chocolate Lavender Whiskey Bundtlets 1 pkg Lavender Chocolate Cake Mix 1 egg 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled 1/4 whiskey 1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp oil Preheat oven to 350℉. Spray your bundt pan or cupcake and fill 3/4 full with cake batter. Bake for 19-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. While cake is cooling make your ganache frosting. Recipe below. Chocolate Lavender Ganache Glaze 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 tsp Lavender Extract In a microwave safe bowl combine your coconut cream and milk to measure 1 cup. Heat for 1 minute on high. Pour chocolate chips into heated coconut milk and let sit for about 2 minutes. Then stir until chocolate chips have melted and ganache is smooth. Add your lavender extract and stir to combine. Drizzle frosting over cooled bundlets. We like the combinations of flavors that create a not too sweet dark chocolate flavor with a subtle flavor of lavender.
