Ohhhh, la la. It's been awhile since I made chia pudding but spring just has a way of making me crave it. We put a fun twist on it and used our Lavender Rose Tea and Lavender Simple Syrup that we are think you'll enjoy! Lavender Rose Chia Pudding 2 cups milk 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Lavender Rose Tea 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup lavender simple syrup purple or red food coloring (optional) lavender cocktail picks (garnish) whip cream to top (garnish) On a stove in a pan heat milk and tea together on medium heat until just below a simmer. Turn burner off and let sit for 10 minutes. Strain tea from milk, add chia seeds and stir until combined. Stir in your lavender simple syrup and food coloring if you wish. Pour into decorative dessert dishes and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.

Chocolate lovers will rejoice everywhere!🍩 These brownies and donuts are all mixed together to make this amazing Lavender Brownie Donut! Ok, don’t kid yourself a donut is pretty much dessert for breakfast! It’s fun and creative and just make you the best mom, wife, friend or roommate when you bake these up. The smell is heavenly and the taste is chocolate yumminess and you’ll get a lot of thank you’s for sure. Just check out how easy this is to make! Lavender Brownie Donuts
1 pkg Lavender Brownie Mix 2 eggs 1/4 cup oil 2 Tbsp water Preheat oven to 350℉. Lightly spray your donut baking sheets. In a medium sized bowl combine your Lavender Brownie mix, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil, 2 Tbsp water. With a spoon stir until combined. Spoon batter into your donut mold until it fills about 12 molds. Bake for 13 minutes or until tooth inserted comes out clean. Let cool before frosting. I used our Lavender Frosting mix with an additional Tbsp of water to make it so I could dip the donuts in and it coated them perfectly, while frosting is wet sprinkle a little culinary lavender on them. Brownies are a favorite, but these amazing Molten Lava Lavender Brownies vanished as soon as I set the tray down. We made them in our mini heart shaped pan for Valentine's Day. Molten Lava Lavender Brownies
1 Package Lavender Brownie Mix 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/3 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp butter Preheat oven to 350℉, In a small pan on low heat melt semi sweet chocolate chips, cream and butter stirring until smooth and all the chocolate chips have melted. Let sit to cool, place in fridge for 30 minutes. While chocolate is cooling prepare Lavender Brownie Mix as package instructions. Remove chocolate from fridge and form into about 10-12 balls with a spoon or cookie scoop. Prepare a silpat style muffin tray or sprayed and floured muffin tray fill 8 of the cups half full, add a ball of chocolate lava ball and then cover with more brownie batter. Bake for about 25 minutes. We love popcorn, flavored, unflavored and have it nearly every night. When our kids were young we ended up calling in mom corn. Yup...you can guess who liked it the most. We still like to play around with favorite flavors. We think you'll like this version as much as we do! Sweet Lavender Popcorn 1 cup lavender sugar 1 Tbsp butter 3 Tbsp water 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cream of tartar 8 cups popped popcorn In a small pan combine lavender sugar, butter, water, salt and stir over medium high heat until it simmers, stir continuously for all sugar has been dissolved, let simmer for about 3 minutes more. Remove from heat and add cream of tartar stirring until combined. Drizzle over popped popcorn, stir until all pieces are coated. Place popcorn on wax paper and let cool and then serve. This is so easy with our lavender sugar, but if you have your own culinary lavender buds you can use plain sugar and add 1 tsp ground lavender to replace the lavender sugar.
Enjoy and if you make it #norwoodlavenderfarm we would love to see your popcorn night! |
