This is absolutely beautiful and will make your want to stay home for Valentine's Day! Had some fun creating this little sweet cocktail! I try to think about fun ways to celebrate Valentine's Day at home! It is so busy out on Valentine's Day so we like to just stay home and have a romantic meal, and then watch some fun movie. But if you stay home...you need to make things Special with a sweet cocktail, and some fun and inspiring meal so that you WANT to stay home. Maybe we are just old...and stodgy, but thinking about going out to dinner with tons of other people, waiting to be seated in a very busy restaurant doesn't put the romance in my dinner like a sweet, quiet one at home. Down side to this is...you've got to cook it. Keep it simple and tasty thinking about a quick cleanup will help. This drink will make you WANT to stay home and celebrate, it is as delicious as it looks and I know you'll love it! If you like things on the sweeter side you may want to double the amount of lavender simple syrup. Here is to wishing you a fun and Happy Valentine's Day! Raspberry Lavender Champagne Float

This cocktail recipe recipe made me do some research to find out which would be the best paired with our Lavender Simple Syrup. Champagne only comes from a province in France known as Champagne. This region produces sparkling white wine that bears its name in modern-day France. Many of the sparkling wines come with a hefty price tag as well. For a more budget friendly alternative to Champagne, Prosecco is a lighter and cheaper option. It's made from white Prosecco grapes and has become increasingly popular at its more frugal side. It is a younger version of Champagne, but made throughout the world. Another budget friendly sparkling wine choice is Brut. Brut is a much drier and less sweet version of champagne and prosecco. So we will leave it with you on which you choose Champagne, Prosecco or Brut. Perfect cocktail to celebrate a special event, wedding or New Years parties!
