Lavender Salad Dressing & Marinade

This a lovely tasting salad dressing to dress up any salad. The secret ingredient in this is lavender simple syrup.

Lavender Salad Dressing & Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
3 Tbl lavender simple syrup
1 Tbl dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
pinch of salt & pepper

Place all ingredients in a salad dressing jar and give it a shake. Drizzle over your salad or use as a marinade.
