Here is an amazing cocktail to try for a fun weekend with friends! All the full flavor of tea combined with all the elegance of a cocktail. I had so much fun developing this recipe and I think you'll have just as much fun making it. Lavender Earl Grey Martini 1 jigger whip cream vodka 1/2-1 jigger Lavender Simple Syrup (to taste) 1 jigger Lavender Earl Grey Tea (double strength) 1 jigger of cream or milk Ice Lavender Cocktail Pick (garnish) Rim your glass with Lavender Sugar Make your Lavender Earl Grey tea double strength. To do that you will use twice the amount of tea recommended for a cup. Don't let the tea sit in your cup for more than the recommended time of infusion or it will get bitter, typical time to infuse is 3 minutes. In a shaker combine your ingredients give a couple shakes and serve in lavender sugar rimmed martini glasses with a lavender cocktail pick. To rim your glass with a lavender sugar, take two plates, with one plate put a couple Tbsp of lavender simple syrup. To the other plate pour a 1/4 cup of lavender sugar. With a martini glass dip the edges into the lavender simple syrup and then into the sugar. We would love for you to share our pictures and recipes. We just ask that you give photo and recipe credit.
